## Pricing for your annual passenger volume

Standard prices apply to companies serving up to and including 15,000 passengers per year. Companies serving more than 15,000 passengers per year receive customised pricing; contact us for a quote.

The Waivers plan covers digital waivers and participant paperwork. Broader operations features, including bus routing and resource allocation, are coming soon.

## Add-ons and usage charges

The team selector includes the monthly subscriptions for your selected agents, including Waivers when selected. Add the usage charges and optional services below. Advertising spend and subscriptions from other providers are separate.

## Build a monthly total from your expected usage

Example: Customer Support with one booking-system account is A$349/month. Add 1,000 billable WhatsApp conversations or templates (A$30) and 100 SMS messages of up to 165 characters (A$15). The total is A$394/month excluding GST.

If you also use 150 Voice AI minutes, add A$49 for the first 100 minutes and A$22.50 for the extra 50. The total becomes A$465.50, before any additional payment-link SMS messages. A second booking-system account adds A$49/month.

With 500 signed waivers, the standalone plan totals A$129/month excluding GST: A$29 + (500 × A$0.20).

## Try the workflows before continuing with a plan

Your 30-day trial lets you try all AI Agents except Voice AI. A payment card is required. Setup and support are free, and waivers have no subscription or signing charges during the trial. SMS and WhatsApp are billed by actual usage.

Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid the plan charge to your card. If you continue, your chosen subscription and applicable add-ons and usage charges apply. Coming-soon operations features are not included in the trial.
