No. Hubsteer connects to your booking platform and imports your tour information. Check the integration directory for the records and booking updates available with your system.

Customer Support creates bookings on all supported booking systems. It can also change bookings, except on Rezdy, where changes go to your team. Set the permitted actions during setup.

Voice AI can create the booking and send a payment link by SMS or email. The guest completes payment through that link. Voice AI is a paid add-on and is not included in the trial.

Operations costs A$29/month plus A$0.20 per signed waiver, excluding GST. There is no additional specialist subscription fee. For example, 500 signed waivers cost A$129/month. No waiver subscription or signing charges apply during the 30-day trial.

Standard prices apply to companies serving up to and including 15,000 passengers per year. Companies serving more than 15,000 passengers per year receive customised pricing; contact us for a quote.

SmartGM is included when you subscribe to Customer Support, Marketing and Sales together. Operations is priced separately and does not count towards this bundle. SmartGM is also available on its own for A$99/month excluding GST.
