Start where your tours and bookings already live
Connect Rezdy, FareHarbor, Bókun or Ventrata using your account’s API details. Hubsteer pulls in tour information automatically, so you do not need to rebuild your tour catalogue.
Customer Support can create bookings on supported booking systems. Booking changes, including updates, cancellations and rescheduling, are not supported on Rezdy and go to your team. Set permitted actions and handovers before enabling a workflow.
Connect each tool to a useful job
The information and actions available depend on the connection and account permissions. Connect the tools needed for your first task and test the result with your team.
| Connection type | Examples | What it helps your team do |
|---|---|---|
| Booking systems | Rezdy, FareHarbor, Bókun, Ventrata | Use tour and booking information for guest communication, sales analysis and supported booking workflows. |
| Guest communication | WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email and live chat | Bring enquiries into Customer Support’s communication workflow. Send confirmations and reminders through email, WhatsApp or SMS. |
| Marketing and reviews | Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Reviews and Tripadvisor | Give Marketing connected campaign information and reviews to support analysis, reporting and configured review workflows. |
| Accounting | Xero, QuickBooks and MYOB | Connect the accounting work around invoices and reconciliation. These are accounting tools, not booking-system accounts. |
Know which connection costs apply
One booking-system account is included in your agent plan. Each additional booking-system account costs A$49/month excluding GST, with no limit on how many you can connect. Two booking-system accounts means one extra A$49/month charge.
That fee applies only to booking-system accounts. It does not apply to tools such as Xero, email or WhatsApp. SMS, WhatsApp and Voice AI have separate charges; subscriptions and fees from other providers remain separate. See Pricing for the full breakdown.
Choose an available connection or request an assessment
Use the directory below to find your tool. “Available connection” means Hubsteer has a published connection; open its page to check the scope. “Connection request · Not confirmed” means availability still needs assessment.
If your tool is missing, use the integration request page and describe the task you want to complete. A request is not a live integration or a promised release date.
Connect, check, then enable
- Add the booking-system API details and connect the channels or tools needed for your first workflow.
- Check imported tour information, permissions and who handles requests outside your rules.
- Test a real example before enabling it for guests. Free setup and support are available as you get started.
