1. Start your trial and choose the first task
Create your account with a payment card to begin the 30-day trial. You can try all AI Agents except Voice AI. Start with a recurring task you want to improve, such as answering booking questions, following up waivers or checking reseller invoices.
SMS and WhatsApp are billed by usage during the trial. Waivers have no subscription or signing charges. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the plan charge to your card.
2. Add your booking-system API details
Connect the booking-system account your team already uses. Hubsteer imports your tour information automatically; you do not need to re-enter descriptions or prepare a separate tour-information pack.
Review the imported details and keep the source information current. One booking-system account is included in your agent plan. Each additional account is A$49/month excluding GST.
3. Give your first AI Agent a clear job
| AI Agent | A useful first task | What your team sets up |
|---|---|---|
| Customer Support | Answer a guest enquiry, update a booking or send a confirmation. | Connect guest channels. Choose message timing, permitted booking actions and staff handovers. Rezdy booking changes go to staff. |
| Marketing | Improve a tour listing, create a blog or request a post-tour review. | Connect the relevant accounts, set your brand voice and choose content review and automated review-reply workflows. |
| Sales | Compare product profitability or reconcile a reseller invoice. | Add the relevant costs, budgets, reseller terms and records. Choose which self-service booking updates guests may make. |
| Operations | Send a tour’s waiver and track signatures before arrival. | Supply approved waiver wording and any safety video. Choose product templates, participant questions and reminders. Bus routing and resource allocation are coming soon. |
| SmartGM | Ask why performance changed and review the next steps. | Connect the relevant business information and configure costs for profitability questions. Your team chooses the actions. |
4. Test the result and the exception
- Run a normal example: check the reply, booking details, content draft, invoice comparison or signing record.
- Try a request outside your rules and check that it reaches the right staff member.
- For scheduled messages or review replies, check the content, timing and destination before enabling the workflow.
- Make sure your team knows where to review the work and how to handle exceptions.
5. Enable the workflow and review early results
Once the information, permissions and test results are right, enable your chosen workflow. Review early conversations, records or recommendations against the job you wanted to improve.
Adjust source information and rules as needed. Unlimited users and free support let the people doing the work take part. Add more workflows when your team is ready.
Have these details ready
- Your booking-system API details and access to the accounts you want to connect.
- One recurring task and a staff member who will review the result.
- Task-specific material: approved waiver wording, brand preferences, or costs and reseller records, depending on the workflow.
Free setup. A launch pace that fits your workflow.
Setup and support are free. Timing depends on your connections and the workflows you choose; there is no fixed launch time. Contact the team if a connection, test result or handover needs help.
