Rehearse kiosk and offline signing on the devices your team will use. Check synchronisation and record retrieval, including a guest who started the form before arrival but has not finished.
Keep verification and safety checks with staff
Document uploads do not verify identity automatically. A signed acknowledgement records completion of the paperwork; it does not replace your briefing or participation checks.
